WPW had their first session with Michele Burdick when she was in top contest shape- that is on WPW-493. In WPW's opinion, there are certain women who look better when off-season, and WPW thinks many will agree that Michele looks terrific here at 5'2" 130 pounds, about 15+ pounds heavier than contest shape. Her look was a sensational combination of muscle shapes and good size, combined with movie-star looks.

Michele did reps in the gym, posed in a bikini and several dresses, and was interviewed- one of the best looking competitors ever.

WPW has already released a few videos with Michele in contest and/or off-season shape, and for this session, she was "in-between" at 5'1" and 120 pounds, so she combines good definition with her trademark lush muscle shapes.

Michele is pretty strong in the gym -- 20 chins were easy to do, and she benches her body weight for 20 reps, among other lifts. Michele then poses in a bikini and dresses, showing off a very balanced physique and extreme facial beauty -- hard to believe she is almost 40!
