WPW had their first session with Michele Burdick when she was in top contest shape- that is on WPW-493. In WPW's opinion, there are certain women who look better when off-season, and WPW thinks many will agree that Michele looks terrific here at 5'2" 130 pounds, about 15+ pounds heavier than contest shape. Her look was a sensational combination of muscle shapes and good size, combined with movie-star looks.

Michele did reps in the gym, posed in a bikini and several dresses, and was interviewed- one of the best looking competitors ever.

Future sessions with Michele are on WPW-600, WPW-657 and WPW-691.

WPW-543: Female Bodybuilder Colette Guimond

WPW released their first video with Colette Guimond way back in 1994 (on WPW-245), then waited 8 years before revisiting her in 2002- that footage is on WPW-502. For this work in 2003, Colette was by far in her best condition ever, totally ripped and huge at 5'1" 145 pounds. The taping was done the day after the 2003 Jan Tana Amateur bodybuilding contest, which she won.

No gym work this time, but Colette posed in a bikini and dresses, displaying muscle size, shapes and hardness seldom seen, ever, and her new hairstyle was right on. A great overall look. Her interview is also included, bringing her footage to about 70 minutes.

Since WPW had the room on a two hour tape, WPW included the entire Jan Tana amateur bodybuilding contest- Trudy Ireland and several other regional bodybuilders were also in that show.

This was WPW's last photo/video session with Colette, and although she has not been in a contest recently, she is still on the scene, and WPW hopes to catch up with her again one more time.

This was WPW's third and last video/photo session with the top Canadian pro- WPW's first two are on WPW-496 and WPW-521. Sophie was in top contest shape for those, and here WPW finally got her in off-season shape at 5'3" 150+ pounds.

Sophie's gym work was a combination of reps and heavy lifting, then she poses in a bikini and beautiful dresses that she designed and made personally, followed by her interview.

Though not ripped, she was well defined at this heavier weight and her muscle size and shapes were impressive. Had she continued on the pro scene, there is no doubt that Sophie would have been one of the best.

The Ray Martin Company has done work with Debbie Bramwell, but this is the first time WPW's videographer took his camera to Debbie, and she is better than ever.

This 38-year-old hair stylist has been competing since 1997 and was 3rd in her lightweight class in the USA in 2004, where this work was done.

Debbie was obviously in top contest shape, featuring terrific development all over, but her biceps really are a standout body part.

This new material features Debbie in the gym, then posing in her bikini and dresses and an update interview, running 70 minutes of new material. To fill out the video/DVD to two hours, WPW selected the best scenes taken from Ray Martin-220 (from 2002), featuring lots of posing in four different lingerie outfits.

Emery Miller just won her class at the 2004 Nationals, quite an accomplishment for anyone, not to mention for a woman who was morbidly obese just a few years ago!

At age 40, she shows terrific muscle size and definition and beautiful blonde good looks. Emory's legs are very well developed and defined, but a special nod goes to her very dense and defined upper body -- particularly her triceps, biceps, back and chest.

Emery lives in California so WPW had their west coast team led by Tony Duffy do the work, and this is probably Tony's best video effort -- perfect lighting and lots of full length and close up posing in dresses and bikinis, and lots of rep work in the gym to get her pumped up.

Emery's first show was in 2001, so to turn IFBB pro so soon is quite a feat!
